Peachy Vodka Tonic Pops || Cocktail Series || Philadelphia Food Photographer
So I might not have mowed the grass for 3 weeks and by the time I got out there with my reel mower (see here for visual) it was brutal. We have gotten so much rain fall that Chilly was getting lost out there so I had to do it. After 2 hours of struggling I was done (normally it takes me less than half that time for my tiny yard) I came inside and indulged in one of these pops. Basically I wanted a vodka tonic but I wanted something colder and needed to use up peaches (those buggers always move from not ripe to too ripe in like an hour).
These are perfect to serve to your guests on a hot evening after a dinner party or to yourself on the couch while bingeing your favorite Netflix show (Jon and I started to rewatch Stranger Things).
Peachy Vodka Tonic Pops
- 3 cups pureed peach
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1/2 cup tonic
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- 2 tbs lime juice
Mix all together and pour into poppscile molds. Wait until solid (3-5 hours) and serve cold to enjoy!
